Whether you are hosting a department-wide training or a detailed presentation, this space offers the flexibility and technology needed to keep your team engaged and productive.

SEMINAR ROOM
The Seminar Room is our premier event space, designed to host high-impact gatherings. With a spacious layout, full-service bar, and versatile seating options, it is the ideal venue for regional nonprofit summits, community workshops, or formal banquets.
BEST FOR: Workshops, regional events, and large gatherings.
CAPACITY: Up to 125 guests.
SETUP: Flexible (Seminar-style, theatre-style, or banquet).
INCLUDED: Integrated AV, WIFI, and presentation displays.
COMMUNITY CONFERENCE ROOM
BEST FOR: Private board meetings and small team collaborations.
CAPACITY: Up to 10 guests.
INCLUDED: Credenza for setting up meals, presentation displays and materials, and WIFI.





TENANT CONFERENCE ROOM
BEST FOR: Private board meetings and small team collaborations.
CAPACITY: 6–8 guests.
